I never quite got this kind of thing. I have tried using it, but it doesn't do anything for me. My theory is that where I live, Arizona, we only get rain about a month and a half out of the year and when we do it's heavy thunderstorms, dust storms, high winds and crazy lightning. If anything, it excites me. I love thunderstorms, but it doesn't calm me at all.
oh, i guess that makes sense; the only reason i enjoy it is because it pulls old memories out from the core of my brain, making me relieve calm moments, which were always when it was storming. however, if you're not exposed to rain as much, perhaps the feeling of calmness comes from whatever your environment mostly offered? possibly the warmth of the sun? or even cooler weather?
Ah, warmth of the sun invokes more anger than anything. Hahaha I hate the heat. However, you're correct. Cooler weather is very calming to me. I love those nights where it's so cold and I can just curl up under the covers. I do my best thinking at night. (I never remember any of it but still...)
oh my! are your winters full of rain or are you tired of the rain from summer? here it rains fully in the summer, non stop, and the winter is arid and cold as ever (no snow D
ou winter is wonderful and cold and stormy and the summer has been an exceptionallyr hot one. Bit I desperately want to be somewhere it snows in the suburbs.
